International shipments may require additional time; we recommend DHL Worldwide for optimal speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
We are not liable for any carrier-related issues once your package has been shipped.
For lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to the appropriate carrier:

USPS: File claims and track missing packages directly with the carrier.

DHL (international): DHL manages all claims, reimbursements, and package tracing.
Returned Packages
- Should a package be returned because it was refused or addressed incorrectly, reshipping fees must be covered by the customer.
International Orders
- All import duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
