Order Processing & Shipping

  •  All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information and order confirmation will be emailed to you once your shipment has been dispatched.

  • Domestic shipments generally arrive within 1–3 business days through USPS.

  • International shipments may require additional time; we recommend DHL Worldwide for optimal speed and reliability.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

We are not liable for any carrier-related issues once your package has been shipped.
For lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to the appropriate carrier:

  • USPS: File claims and track missing packages directly with the carrier.

  • DHL (international): DHL manages all claims, reimbursements, and package tracing.

Returned Packages

  • Should a package be returned because it was refused or addressed incorrectly, reshipping fees must be covered by the customer.

International Orders

  • All import duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
